Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy, secretariat, and governance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage Trustee and client meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and track actions to completion.
• Maintain and enhance governance documentation and policies, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Lead and support various projects, drafting and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Produce and present high-quality reports and presentations for internal and client audiences.
• Support onboarding of new clients, contribute to tenders and proposals.
• Collaborate with specialist consultancy team to deliver exceptional services and advice.
• Commit to personal growth and keep up to date with pensions legislation.
