Qualifications

• Proven experience in pensions data analysis and migration projects.
• Experience with DB/DC pension schemes andCARE/annuities is desirable.
• Strong data mapping and system configuration skills (pensions systems).

Responsibilities

• Support data migration and remediation across DB/DC pension schemes.
• Prepare and validate complex datasets for scheme implementations.
• Configure pensions systems and ensure accurate scheme rules are applied.
• Produce detailed reports and analysis for consultants and project managers.
• Liaise with clients and providers to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in the data team.
