Job description

Alexander Lloyd is currently recruiting for a Technical Pension Specialist to join one of the largest UK Pension Consultancies on a remote working basis. The role involves joining a new team responsible for providing technical expertise and leading on key projects, business change initiatives, and critical issues.

What you will be doing:

1. Lead projects and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver scheme events, cyclical activities, and projects.
2. Understand, build, maintain, and enhance stakeholder and client relationships.
3. Act as a business lead with the Design Authority Group and other relevant forums.
4. Contribute to development, training, and process improvement initiatives.
5. Ensure high-quality customer outputs to deliver an excellent customer experience through coaching, training, and process improvements.
6. Adapt to varying demands and workloads, ensuring tasks are completed on time with high quality.
7. Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards to achieve departmental objectives and business results.
