Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance reviews within public sector pensions
• Ability to interpret pension legislation and guidance
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out independent compliance reviews of NHS Pension Scheme administration
• Prepare clear compliance reports for the Compliance Manager and Pensions Board
• Identify non-compliant areas and draft time-bound improvement recommendations
• Analyse legislation and guidance to determine statutory responsibilities
• Support and deputise for the Compliance Manager when needed
