Job Description

Pensions Communications Senior Manager, in-house

Exceptional senior in-house appointment leading development and delivery of communications on behalf of a £multi-billion Pension Fund.

Hybrid working, onsite 2 days a week in London or South East offices.

About the role

• Lead design and delivery of the Pension Scheme communications strategy.
• Work closely with colleagues across the fund to identify communication needs.
• Develop communication guides and oversee existing communication channels such as the scheme portal.
• Enhance member experience and measure engagement.
• Collaborate with the trustee executive team and trustees to align with wider pension strategic objectives.

About you

• Experience in developing and delivering Pension Scheme communications strategies, preferably for £bn+ DB plans.
• Knowledge of best practices in communications and channel management, with awareness of the evolving pensions landscape.
• Project management skills, including digitalisation initiatives, are highly beneficial.
