Job summary

XPS Group in Middlesbrough is seeking a CRM Associate to support pensions administration for clients, assisting Client Relationship Managers and admin teams to deliver high-quality service.

You will help develop client relationships from an administrative perspective, contribute to tenders and presentations, and support multi-team projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin/pensions environments or similar.
• Strong knowledge of pension administration activities and ability to apply to schemes.
• Experience with DB and/or DC schemes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capability to present clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of work to deadlines and comply with client and legislative requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day management of client relationships with scheme managers, members and clients.
• Prepare for and participate in client/pension board meetings.
• Manage complex pensions queries and provide consultative advice.
• Assist with administration projects and ensure they are completed per requirements.
• Monitor procedural developments and implement changes to procedures as needed.
• Contribute to technical committees and administration discussions.
• Assist in managing administration billing processes.
• Keep up-to-date with pensions industry developments.
• Collaborate with related departments to provide total client service.
