Job summary

XPS Group, a leading UK pensions and insurance consultancy, is seeking an Administrator for the MJF/XPS Self Invested Pensions arm in Manchester. The role involves handling client queries, updating pension records, and ensuring accurate, compliant administration within a collaborative team.

You will work with SSASMAN and SWIFT, support day-to-day processing, and contribute to service improvements while maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience administering pension schemes and related records.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records management.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries by phone, letter and email.
• Provide excellent customer service with clients at heart of activities.
• Use SSASMAN, SWIFT and other systems to check and update records.
• Handle incoming/outgoing post and maintain filing systems.
• Ensure fee management principles are followed.
• Demonstrate ownership of queries, ensuring compliance and SIP processes.
