Job summary

Isio’s Calculations & Benefits Team is seeking a role to support delivery of market-leading calculation work within Pensions Administration. You’ll work with colleagues across Isio and report to Calculations & Benefits Lead, contributing to accurate calculations and efficient delivery.

Based in our UK offices (Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, Reading, Croydon or Belfast) with a hybrid working approach, you’ll apply SQL/.NET/VBA skills, understand DB/DC pension schemes, and help translate benefit

Qualifications

• Understanding DB/DC pension schemes and how benefits are calculated.
• Experience delivering calculation solutions across pensions administration systems.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Programming experience (SQL/.NET/VBA) or willingness to learn.
• Experience with modern pensions administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver calculation work.
• Deliver work in a consistent and efficient manner.
• Work with stakeholders to understand how processes and systems can be utilised most effectively.
• Work with the team leader to understand priorities and help keep work moving.
• Contribute to the delivery of work through coding and configuration of the admin platforms.
• Liaising with other team members to ensure that the delivery of solutions is consistent and effective.
• Collaborate with others to develop and implement solutions for work as required.
• Support the build of optimised solutions that reduce ongoing maintenance and help the administration team work efficiently.
• Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Admin calculations.
