Isio is a fast-growing professional services firm delivering expert pensions and employee benefits support. The role sits in the Calculations & Benefits Team, delivering market-leading calculation work across pensions administration with hybrid UK-wide office options.

You will lead calculation delivery, collaborate with admins and other stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement while mentoring colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven record of delivering calculation solutions across pensions admin systems.
• Excellent knowledge of DB/DC pension schemes and their calculation requirements.
• Experience of relational databases and data modelling.
• Demonstrable programming experience (e.g. SQL / .NET / VBA).
• Experience of managing a small team and prioritising work with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering calculation work within a team.
• Deliver work consistently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes and systems.
• Liaise with administration teams to prioritise work and resources.
• Lead build of optimized solutions to reduce maintenance overheads.
• Support design and implementation of admin calculation processes.
• Ensure governance and documentation of work delivery.
