As an experienced Pensions Business Analyst, you will work with pension and system development specialists to identify and specify solutions for changes and improvements in pension systems.

About the role

• Collaborate with the Benefits Team to understand business requirements, advise on technical solutions, and translate these into specifications for system developers.
• Understand pension administration system functionalities, including calculations, interfaces, processes, letter system updates, and self-service applications.
• Lead analysis and development work streams to support major project delivery.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pensions administration, policies, and procedures across CARE, Defined Benefit, and Defined Contribution schemes.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and testing pension administration systems, including data, calculations, processes, and interfaces.
• Proven ability to produce and review system specifications, such as calculation specs, process maps, and reporting templates.
