Qualifications

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role with a third-party administrator or in-house pension scheme.
• Experience working with DB Pension Schemes.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
• Solutions driven individuals with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Completing calculations in relation to member benefit entitlements.
• Responding to queries from various stakeholders.
• Preparing and collating information as requested.
