Job summary

The position offers flexible and hybrid working options, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary from £28,500 depending on experience. CPC qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension administration.
• Knowledge of DB and/or DC pension schemes.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer pension benefits and events across DB/DC schemes.
• Calculate benefits and prepare member communications.
• Respond to member and employee queries by phone, email and post.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.
• Handle sensitive cases such as retirement and bereavement benefits.
• Ensure compliance with pension regulations and processes.
• Support continuous improvement and team projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting targets.
