Job summary

LCP is seeking a Pensions Administrator with UK Defined Benefit experience to join our pensions administration team in the UK. You will handle complex DB cases, perform calculations and maintain client communications, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism in a collaborative, client‑facing role.

Hybrid working is available, with a structured training programme and clear progression paths. The role offers a supportive environment where your pension knowledge and technical skills can grow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years UK DB pensions administration experience.
• Educated to A level, degree level or equivalent.
• Progress towards training courses to gain APE and CPC.
• Awareness of external bodies (PPF, tPR).
• Well organised and thorough with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work alone and/or as part of a team; flexible with workload.

Responsibilities

• Broaden your technical knowledge and expertise.
• Handle complex cases (divorce, large benefits, tax issues) with accuracy.
• Carry out complex calculations and review juniors' work.
• Stay updated on legislation and adjust client communications accordingly.
• Mentor and train junior colleagues and support departmental initiatives.
