Isio’s Pensions Administration team is growing, with vacancies in Edinburgh and other city centres, offering a hybrid workstyle. You will deliver high-quality administration for Defined Benefit schemes and support members with empathetic, timely service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pension administrator with experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit schemes.
  • Excellent member service focus with the ability to deal with a variety of people, build relationships and manage expectations.
  • Good communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clients, members and colleagues positively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks to achieve SLAs.
  • Strong general IT skills, comfortable with MS Office and other system functionality.

Responsibilities

Experienced Pensions Administrator

Isio’s Pensions Administration business continues to thrive, growing year on year. To support our ambitious growth plans we are looking for experienced and member focused Pension Administrators.

We currently have new vacancies which can be based in our Croydon, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Reading city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

You will be responsible for delivering great service to a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members. This will include.

  • Understanding and ensuring scheme activities are processed in line with the scheme rules, taking responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Providing excellent service to our pension scheme members, through accurate, timely and empathetic contact, via phone and email.
  • Using a variety of tools and systems to record actions and manage assigned cases through to conclusion, providing regular updates.
  • Calculating member benefits.
  • Escalating any errors, omissions and complaints in a timely manner to ensure they can be handled in accordance with agreed procedures and within appropriate timescales.
What we’re looking for
