Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above).

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.

• Ability to follow processes meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member records through cloud-based administration systems.
• Execute member lifecycle processes in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver timely responses to member enquiries.
