Job summary

Croda is seeking a Pensions Assistant to join the Pension team, ensuring the Croda Pension Scheme operates to SLA standards and member data remains accurate. The role involves administering leavers, data changes, and benefits setup, while handling member queries by phone and email.

You will perform pension calculations with team support, issue member communications, process invoices, and assist with pensioner payroll and projects.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle administration activities related to running the pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, and setting up benefits.
• Take telephone calls from members and respond to emailed enquiries.
• Perform pension calculations with support from the pension team.
• Send out member communications.
• Collate and process invoices and submit monthly Trustee bank reconciliations.
• Support other pension team members with projects and pensioner payroll.
