Job summary

Dundee City Council is seeking a Pension Administration Officer to join our Local Government Pension Scheme team on a hybrid basis, based at home and Dundee House, full-time 37 hours per week.

You will process pensions data, support payroll tasks, and provide accurate, customer-focused service. A Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check is required. The role suits someone with pension/payroll experience and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• You will have 4 National 4s, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics or relevant experience in a pension administration/payroll role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out efficient processing of pensions administration relating to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
• Experience of working in Local Government Pension Scheme/Payroll administration.
• Good oral and written communication, computer literate, able to work in a team, handle interruptions (e.g., telephone queries).
• A Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check is required.
