HRC Recruitment is seeking a Pension Admin Consultant to support defined benefit pension schemes from our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices with hybrid working (2 days in the office per week). Flexible hours between 7 am and 7 pm are available, and the role offers exposure to a broad portfolio of pension projects.

You will lead client-focused administration projects, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and collaborate with trustees, insurers and internal teams to deliver high-quality pensions

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in defined benefit pensions administration.
• Strong technical understanding of pensions, including benefit calculations and structures.
• Up-to-date knowledge of DB pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading client work and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Background checks will be conducted (5-year references, criminal and credit checks).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of client administration projects from planning to completion.
• Deliver DB pensions administration work with high quality and accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and resources with the Project Management team.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Travel to UK offices as required.
