Job summary

EY UK seeks experienced pensions consultants to support growth in advisory services for corporate sponsors, trustees and pension managers. You will deliver expert-led advice, build trusted relationships and contribute to multidisciplinary projects within EY's network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting environment, ideally on corporate work or BPA transactions.
• Deep knowledge and experience of the UK pensions environment.
• Actuarial calculation and modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of numerical and written advice, as well as liaising directly with clients.
• Translating requirements and high level deliverable outlines from senior team members into client reports.
• Management of client projects within agreed scope and budget with minimal supervision from senior management.
• Operating effectively in client project teams and delegating work effectively to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Providing pensions expertise / opinions whilst working in larger cross service line projects.
• Providing support to the senior management team with marketing initiatives.
• Building effective relationships in the market and within the EY network.
• Helping develop team members through mentoring, feedback and training.
• Maintaining our very high professional standards.
