EY Life Actuarial is seeking a high-performing Manager to join the Life Actuarial practice in the UK. You will lead client projects, liaise with senior teams, manage junior staff, and drive delivery across traditional reporting, capital management, and transformation work.

You will help build client-ready propositions, supervise project delivery, and contribute to methodological developments while collaborating with colleagues across geographies.

Qualifikationen

• Degree and FIA fellowship or equivalent international actuarial qualification.
• Experience in life insurance via provider or top-tier consultancy.
• Experience managing a team and running multiple projects including delivery and governance.

Aufgaben

• assist in the delivery of key projects for our clients on a wide range of topics
• create innovative and commercial insights for clients, adapt methods to fit teams and culture, contribute to thought leadership
• manage the operational metrics on projects, including resourcing, budgeting and scoping with the senior team and clients
• contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
• manage time and deliver to both clients and internal stakeholders, anticipate risks and escalate issues
• coach and counsel junior team members and help them develop
• contribute to EY capabilities in technical areas and engage with clients on methodologies
• collaborate with colleagues outside UK Life Actuarial to deliver cross-geographical work
