Brightwell’s Pensions Academy Training Programme offers a structured route to competency with hands-on learning, a PMI-accredited qualification, and focused pensions knowledge. You’ll progress to a Pensions Administrator role with salary growth after successful completion, starting Summer 2027.

The programme runs 9–12 months, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and a strong development pathway in a trusted UK pensions provider.
