Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a Pensions Project Manager to join the Change team on a 6-month contract, with strong likelihood of extension. The role requires hands-on delivery of pensions change projects, stakeholder management, and governance from planning to go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in pensions.
• Experience delivering pensions administration or technology change projects.
• Hands-on experience with Procentia IntelliPen or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of pensions administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Procentia IntelliPen from planning through go-live.
• Manage plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate business, technical and operational workstreams.
