Job summary

Procentia in the UK is seeking an Implementation Consultant – Payroll to configure IntelliPen for multi-jurisdictional pensioner payrolls, payroll calculations, data migrations and reporting. You will meet clients, gather requirements, and train client teams on customised features.

You will work with a collaborative team, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring smooth payroll processing. This role requires strong software implementation experience, SQL basics and a consultative approach in a

Qualifications

Experience in implementing software systems.
Hands-on experience configuring or developing pensions or financial services software, including pensioner payroll and payroll calculations.
Strong adaptability and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

Configure IntelliPen to meet client requirements, including workflows, screens, interfaces, payroll processing, and reporting.
Meeting with clients to gather requirements.
Communicating progress and obtaining feedback and approvals.
Customising software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
Educating clients on how to use IntelliPen and coordinating with the training team.
