BMC Recruitment Group are recruiting a Pension Servicing Specialist for a leading investment and financial services client in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will join the Drawdown Communications Team, handling pension-related enquiries and delivering accurate administration and strong client service.

The role supports case progression from initial contact to completion, with hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the office) after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' pension administration experience ideal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via email, secure messages, and written correspondence
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls when required
• Resolve pension-related enquiries accurately and professionally
• Manage casework from initial contact through to completion
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth case progression
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory standards are adhered to
• Prioritise quality and deliver positive client outcomes in every interaction
• Work within agreed SLAs and compliance guidelines
