Norfolk County Council is recruiting Pension Leads for TPS and LGPS projects, offering fixed-term contracts until 31 December 2027. Roles are hybrid with predominantly remote working, based in Norwich with UK-wide eligibility for remote work. Salaries range £35,570 to £37,563 per annum (pro rata where applicable).

These specialists will own technical workstreams, drive improvement, and champion best practices without line management duties. Oracle Fusion/EBS experience is highly desirable.

Formación

• Extensive technical expertise in the TPS and LGPS
• Significant practical experience in pension administration
• Strong understanding of pension legislation, scheme regulations and compliance
• Experience handling challenging technical pension enquiries and casework
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, formula and macros
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Copilot
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to wider project objectives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement
