West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Pensions Officer to deliver high-quality pension administration for LGPS members. You’ll work in our Pensions team to ensure accurate, compliant benefits and support members at key stages of their pension journey.

• Pensions experience or strong interest in developing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of pension administration casework, ensuring benefits are calculated and processed accurately.
• Provide advice and guidance to scheme members, employers, pensioners and dependants, explaining processes and regulations clearly.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards across the service and support process improvements.
