Front Row Recruitment's client, a blue-chip Financial Services organisation, seeks a Payroll Specialist to oversee monthly and ad hoc pension payrolls with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will manage payroll reconciliations, resolve complex queries, and drive process improvements while upholding RTI and PAYE requirements.

Formación

• Strong experience in payroll administration.
• Solid knowledge of PAYE, pension payroll legislation, taxation and RTI.
• Experience in payroll reconciliations and payroll reporting analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the processing and reconciliation of monthly and ad hoc pension payrolls.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and legislative adherence.
• Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting and validation processes.
• Handle complex payroll queries and escalations.
• Support customer service across multiple channels and meet deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and support less experienced colleagues.
