Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll across time cycles (weekly to monthly).
• Solid knowledge of RTI, HMRC rules and year-end processes.
• Ability to implement pension auto-enrolment and respond to client queries.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Collaborate within the Payroll team to deliver a seamless service.
• Handle statutory payments and pension auto-enrolment duties.
• Submit RTI returns and assist with year-end payroll processes.
• Liaise with clients, HMRC, and pension providers to resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and maintain data accuracy.
