Legal & General in the United Kingdom is seeking a Liability Data Analyst to join the Payroll & Reinsurance team within Institutional Retirement. You will help ensure complex liability data is accurate and delivered to high standards, supporting Pension Risk Transfer transactions end-to-end.

You will work with stakeholders to understand data requirements, improve data quality across systems, and maintain rigorous audit trails.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working with complex data sets.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with Python, SAS or SQL would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage data cleansing, validation and transformation activities.
• Support Pension Risk Transfer transactions end-to-end.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Improve the quality and integrity of data across systems.
• Supporting testing activities and documenting operational processes.
