Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT programme or project management.
• 5+ years delivering IT programmes ideally within the insurance sector.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end system implementations.
• Experience managing SI/vendor partners from the customer side, including commercial and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile at scale (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid) and Pega Express.
