Job summary

Project Freelance is seeking an experienced PEGA Programme Manager to own end-to-end PEGA workbench delivery, representing the business to the implementation partner and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes adopted by end users.

The role requires 15+ years in IT program management with 5+ years delivering PEGA programs, strong PEGA platform knowledge, and hands-on Agile experience. Three days per week in Stratford-upon-Avon, eight-month contract.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT program or project management, with 5+ years delivering Pega low-code platform programs.
• Proven track record delivering at least two end-to-end Pega implementations (case management, customer service, or operations workbench).
• Strong working knowledge of Pega Platform concepts: case management, data model, UI, integrations, guardrails, and deployment.
• Experience managing SI/vendor partners from the customer side, including commercial and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile at scale (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid) and Pega Express.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PEGA workstream delivery, representing business interests to the implementation partner.
• Ensure solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of the PEGA solution by end users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SI/vendor partners on delivery and performance management.
• Apply PEGA platform knowledge to design, data model, UI and integrations.
