Job summary

AInsurCo in London seeks a hands-on Programme Manager to lead delivery of insurance transformation projects, ideally involving policy administration systems (PAS). The role combines practical delivery with an understanding of insurance operations, systems and processes, and requires taking ownership of delivery end-to-end.

You will work with client stakeholders and delivery teams, manage dependencies, coordinate testing, go-live and business readiness, and drive projects to successful

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects or programmes within the insurance industry.
• Hands-on delivery experience, not limited to PMO or governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation projects with milestones and budget oversight.
• Lead or support PAS implementation including data migration and go-live.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and risk logs.
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships with business, technology and vendors.
• Establish governance, reporting and escalation of risks and decisions.
• Translate business objectives into executable delivery workstreams.
• Identify and manage risks, blockers and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Coordinate testing readiness, defect resolution, cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
• Support change management and business adoption activities.
• Manage resource requirements and keep momentum across streams.
