Job summary
Intuition IT Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design, develop, and implement enterprise BPM solutions on the Pega platform. You will lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure delivery that aligns with business requirements and best practices.
The successful candidate will also mentor teams, review designs, and enforce Pega Guardrails, focusing on performance, scalability, and seamless integrations across projects.
Qualifications
- Pega LSA certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in Pega BPM/CRM development.
- Expertise in Case Management, Workflows, Decision Rules, Data Pages, UI Design, and Integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and database technologies.
- Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and application performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale BPM solutions on the Pega platform.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of Pega applications aligned with business requirements and best practices.
