Intuition IT Solutions Ltd is seeking a seasoned Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to drive end-to-end design, architecture, and governance for enterprise Pega deployments across UK client engagements. You will act as the principal technical authority, shaping scalable Pega solutions and enforcing guardrails.

You will guide cross-functional delivery teams, lead architecture decisions, and ensure successful project execution with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Pega enterprise solutions, with 2–3 years leading enterprise architectural decisions as an LSA.
• Deep mastery of Pega Infinity platform architecture, ECS, Case Management, Data Pages, Security Models, and PAL/Tracer/DB Trace.
• Strong experience in web services (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, OAuth/SAML, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server).
• Proven delivery in Agile/Scrum using Jira, Confluence, and Pega Agile Studio.
• UK-based with Right to Work; Security Clearance eligibility is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and governance for enterprise Pega implementations.
• Enforce Pega guardrails, best practices, and design patterns to minimize custom code and debt.
• Architect secure integrations using REST/SOAP, Kafka, databases, and microservices.
• Translate business vision into robust technical roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to SSAs, SAs, and DevOps through reviews and sessions.
• Drive performance tuning, memory analysis, and scalability testing.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
