You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical stories, ensure best practices, and mentor junior engineers while delivering robust, scalable CLM KYC journeys.

Work extensively on Pega CLM KYC projects to deliver robust BPM solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Design and develop user stories and components aligned with CLM KYC architecture Configure harnesses portals SLAs business rules and agent configurations Ensure implementation adheres to best practices and performance standards Troubleshoot and resolve application issues coding bugs and system bottlenecks Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance solution quality Create and maintain technical documentation including design and test cases Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines
