Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Pega-focused architect to drive digital transformation initiatives. You will analyse requirements, design scalable architectures, and guide teams across non-functional concerns within the Pega ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Pega, pattern design experience, and a solid grasp of REST/SOAP integrations, plus relevant Pega Industry frameworks and a CSSA/CLSA certification depending on level.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Pega experience.
• Design patterns in Pega with non-functional considerations.
• Experience with REST or SOAP integrations.
• Experience with at least one Pega Industry framework.
• Pega CSSA or CLSA certification preferred depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Analyse functional and non-functional requirements while leveraging Pega OOTB features.
• Prepare high level and low level designs, considering customer NFRs and constraints.
• Provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure alignment with design.
• Guide stakeholders and enterprise assets teams to standardize solution architecture.
• Create a scalable architecture adaptable to future requirements.
