Job summary

Atos Group is seeking a Lead System Architect to own the Pega solution architecture and provide hands-on technical leadership to multiple development teams. You will translate complex requirements into scalable designs, defining patterns, standards, and security across end-to-end Pega implementations.

You will engage stakeholders, guide architecture governance, and mentor engineers while ensuring delivery aligns with guardrails and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pega Lead System Architect or Solution Architect on large complex programmes.
• Knowledge of Pega case management, application architecture, data modelling, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Pega guardrails, reusable architecture, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and technical design of Pega applications.
• Lead solution design across case management, workflows, data models, integrations, security, and UX.
• Define architecture patterns and implementation standards for Pega solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Pega Senior/ System Architects and development teams.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with guardrails and engineering best practices.
• Drive architecture decisions and resolve performance challenges.
• Design scalable integration patterns using REST APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
• Define authentication, authorization, and security architecture for Pega solutions.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, availability and security.
• Establish monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting approaches.
