Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking an experienced Lead System Architect to design and implement high‑scale Pega-based solutions for diverse clients. You will lead a technical team, manage scope, schedule, resources, and budgets, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will govern, report, and manage financials across portfolios, working with global stakeholders to secure alignment and transparent escalation. A strong focus on delivery excellence and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding project and programme management experience.
• Strong experience delivering technology infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead delivery in a matrix environment.
• Solid knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery and implementation.
• Develop an integrated delivery plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive delivery cadence with clear priorities and blockers removal.
• Produce executive updates and governance documentation.
