Job summary

The Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Peer Support Worker to draw on lived experience of mental health or related conditions to support others in clinical and community settings. The role focuses on recovery, hope, autonomy, and collaborative care, with opportunities to contribute to training and evaluation.

Applicants will promote safe practices, respect boundaries, and act as ambassadors for living well, helping service users and carers engage with treatment

• Support and promote recovery from mental health as a user led concept
• Emphasise hope and optimism, inspiring individuals to achieve their aspirations/goals
