Job summary

Change Grow Live in London is seeking a Part-time Peer Mentor Coordinator for the HMP Wandsworth Pathways to Recovery Service. The role covers recruitment, training, supervision and development of peer-led activities to support service users within a prison setting.

The post is prison-based and requires DBS clearance and UK right to work. Salary is pro rata for 17 hours over 2 days, with benefits and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in peer mentoring or similar support roles.
• Ability to recruit and train peers and volunteers.
• Strong supervision and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead peer mentor recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Coordinate training and ongoing professional development.
