Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Associate Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Physiologist to join the Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Physiology team at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. You will contribute to lung function testing and high-quality sleep studies in a busy children's hospital setting.

Competenze

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English, Mathematics and Science
• NVQ Level 3 or three A-levels at grades A*- C including a science subject
• Desirable: BSc in a relevant degree

Mansioni

• Undertaking a range of lung function investigations with inpatients and outpatients (spirometry, FeNO, nasal NO and bronchodilator response assessments)
• Facilitating the provision of sleep study investigations (overnight oximetry, overnight CO2 monitoring and respiratory polygraphy) and ensuring high quality data is captured
• Maintaining equipment to ensure that it is functioning to agreed standards and specifications
• Training in basic analysis and reporting of sleep studies, following departmental and international standards
