Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team in Cornwall. You will deliver specialist neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people exploring ASC, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental differences, within a small multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Participate in delivery of specialist Autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people with complex presentations.
Contribute to neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments, formulation, and advice.
Support development and delivery of short-term interventions for children, young people, and their families.
Provide consultation, advice, and training to parents, carers, schools, health colleagues, social care teams, and voluntary sector organisations.
Promote a neurodiversity-affirming approach across the wider professional network.
Work with professional leads and colleagues to develop and improve the neurodevelopmental service.
Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and service development activities.
