Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Biological Science or Genetics, or equivalent.
• Experience in molecular lab work is essential.
• Strong pipetting, QC, and sample handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support sequencing-based diagnostic services in Microbiology and Virology.
• Carry out nucleic acid extraction.
• Run quality control steps (Qubit, Tapestation).
• Prepare sequencing libraries.
• Load sequencing instruments.
• Work to set time frames to deliver timely results for patients.
