Job summary
Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a registered paediatric nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes across England. On shift you will provide personal care, assist with moving and handling, administer medications and support clinical interventions tailored to each child or adult's needs.
The role requires 6 months nursing experience in the last 2 years, active NMC registration, and comfort with 1:1 care in home settings.
Qualifications
- 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
- Actively registered on the NMC.
- Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
- Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
- Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
- Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assist with moving and handling.
- Administer medications and manage clinical interventions as required.
- Support complex care needs including ventilation via mask, humidification, etc.
- Enrich client quality of life via community interactions and goals.
