Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a registered paediatric nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the client’s home. You will administer medications and support clinical interventions for a child with complex needs, ensuring safety and comfort within a compassionate care setting.

On shift you will work in a 1:1 setting with an 11-year-old client, supporting daily living activities, family engagement, and community integration to help achieve personal goals and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be actively registered with the NMC.
• Experience delivering personal care and medication management.
• Proficient in manual handling of clients.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 care setting.
• Willing to learn complex care skills and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their home.
• Administer prescribed medications and support clinical interventions.
• Assist with moving and handling and use of necessary equipment.
• Support client goals and well-being through compassionate, professional care.
