Harmony Healthcare in Crawley is seeking compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our community-based teams for overnight care. The role involves high-level clinical tasks including tracheostomy care and PEGJ medication administration, across a 7×10-hour night shift schedule starting ASAP.

We require experienced HCAs for paediatric complex care with strong clinical skills, capable of delivering safe, attentive overnight support in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Tracheostomy care and tracheostomy changes.
• Airway suctioning.
• Medication administration via PEGJ.
• Nebuliser administration (following assessment).
• Gastrostomy stoma care.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, overnight care to complex care clients.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care with compassion and reliability.
• Assist with advanced clinical needs as part of community-based team.
