Job summary

Harmony Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for overnight shifts to support an 8-month-old patient in Crawley with complex clinical needs. You will deliver tracheostomy care, PEGJ feeding, airway suctioning, and medication administration while maintaining high-quality, safe clinical practice.

The role requires overnight availability, reliable performance, and the ability to work within a family-centered care plan.

Qualifications

• Paediatric complex care experience.
• Tracheostomy care and changes.
• Airway suctioning.
• PEGJ feeding and medication administration.
• Gastrostomy stoma care.
• Overnight care experience preferred.
• Reliable and safe clinical practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated overnight paediatric complex care.
• Administer medications via PEGJ.
• Perform tracheostomy care and changes.
• Monitor child’s condition and report changes promptly.
• Support family and care planning as needed.
