Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support two paediatric siblings with Congenital Myopathy in their Lancashire home. You will assist with tracheostomy/ventilator care, PEG feeding, mobilisation, and personal and social life, helping the family participate fully in daily activities.

Training will be provided by the Nurse-led program. Experience with children and healthcare or social care is preferred to join a dedicated team committed to delivering

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience working in Healthcare or Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Look after two paediatric siblings with Congenital Myopathy, providing tracheostomy/ventilator care, PEG feeding, mobilisation and personal/social support.
• Support mum and extended family with their care needs; adapt day-to-day tasks as required to help the family participate in life.
