Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting an enthusiastic PE Teacher for an immediate start at a Cardiff secondary school. You will deliver PE across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable but not essential, and support extracurricular sports and events.

The role offers a long-term opportunity in a welcoming, high-performing school with strong leadership, excellent facilities and a culture that values student wellbeing and achievement. Daily rate: 172.98.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
• Have recent experience teaching PE within a UK secondary school.
• Be passionate about inspiring young people through sport and physical education; demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging practical and theory-based PE lessons.
• Encouraging participation, teamwork, confidence, and a love of physical activity.
