Job summary

Choice Teachers are recruiting for a qualified QTS PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Peterborough on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis with an immediate start after half-term. The role offers a daily rate of £150 and ongoing opportunities to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary placement.

The successful candidate will need QTS, a passion for PE, and the ability to plan and deliver engaging PE lessons.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Passion for Physical Education and ability to engage students.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging PE lessons.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.

Choice Teachers are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic QTS PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Peterborough on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible after half-term.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified PE teacher looking for a long-term position, with the potential to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary placement.

The Role

• Location: Peterborough

• Pay: £150 per day

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Start date: ASAP after half-term

• Contract: Temporary to permanent

• NQTs and ECTs welcome to apply

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A passion for Physical Education and engaging students in sport

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging PE lessons
